80 Kanal land retrieved at Ghagwal

An anti encroachment drive was today carried out by district Administration Samba under the supervision of District Magistrate, Rohit Khajuri, here at village Ghagwal.

A team headed by Sub divisional magistrate Ghagwal, Ram Kesh Sharma and comprising Naib Tehsildar, SHO Kuldeep Raj and other officials of revenue and police dismantled the house and other construction constructed over the state land.

JCB machine was used at the site and after 2 hours, 80 Kanal state land bearing khasra no. 676 and 80 Kanals was retrieved. The state land is situated adjoining the National Highway connecting Jammu Kathua and is worth of crore.
